Defining the Role of Females

Over the time the females have grown up and they have decided to change with the changing times. The girls as we see today have beaten boys in several spheres and have shown their talents. They have over shined males in numerous fields. These girls have given their career over that of other things. These are the same girls who have given equal time to both their jobs and families. I personally know several young girls who properly take care of their families and do their office work as well. Its not that these women have to do some sacrifice to achieve such a stability, its their will power and lover towards their work made it easier.

There were times when the girls in various civilizations were given no rights and freedom to venture. These females have had their tough times and then they have even seen the worst. Females were always denied their rights and were considered the weaker part of the society. They were burdened with household responsibilities and then were forced to accept the norms set by the patriarch society. There are still several societies which suppress their females.

We have to just open our eyes and see that every section is flooded with females and they are very serious about their work. They have decided to show their skills and leave their mark in every sphere of society. Even your favorite hot celeb is a female, Angelina Jolie is a women, Serena Williams is a women etc. These are just not enough, there are thousands of other hot celebs who have left their mark. There are numerous very successful corporate women.

This is not the real scenario though there are still several societies who have yet not allowed their women to move out of homes and chose their life. These deprived women need some support both from the international agencies and their local government.
